Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business day after payment is confirmed.

NSW, SA, ACT: 8 business days

Note: Shipping times begin after dispatch and may vary depending on courier performance or location.
📦 Shipping Providers
We use trusted couriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery:

Australia Post – For items under 22kg (PO Box friendly)

Fastway Couriers – For smaller items under 22kg (non-PO Box only)

Allied Express – For items over 22kg

Toll – For parcels under 30kg (non-PO Box only)
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
📮 Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages: We’ll contact you if your parcel is returned to us.

Incorrect Address: A redelivery fee will apply if your parcel is returned due to an address error.

Missed Delivery: A card will be left if you're not home (re-delivery fees may apply).

Gift Orders: Make sure the recipient knows to expect a delivery to avoid rejection.
❌ Undeliverable Postcodes
Some remote areas are not serviceable by our couriers.
If your postcode is on the undeliverable list, or if your location can’t be reached, we’ll cancel and refund your order.

📦 Returns, Damages & Cancellations

Please inspect items on arrival. If damaged, email us with photos and we’ll assist with a claim.

Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a $30 admin fee.
